Cuenta su historia de una manera efectiva y el estilo de arte me gustó, creo que se pudo haber extendido un poco más en algunos momentos para hacerlos funcionar incluso mejor, pero aprovecha muy bien sus 90 minutos de duración y logra transmitir su mensaje

90/100 Had this one on the watchlist for a long time. Haven’t read the book it’s based off of but I will probably do so.

Really beautiful film about family and religious extremism. It’s insane to see the way an entire nation changed in a few short years and what that same nation looks like today. Beautiful animation with some incredibly creative decisions. I love the use of black throughout this film. It evokes this sense of sadness and at times this loss of individuality that I found interesting  All in all it was a really good film
