Nightcrawler

Every once in a while there is a movie that comes out with a concept you would never think would make a good movie, and then it ends up being one of the best movies that I have seen. This is one of the prime examples of that. Jake Gyllenhaal eats this role up. It is both engaging and unsettling to watch him in this movie. The movie shows the thrill, viciousness, and sensationalism of what a TMZ style photojournalist and the media companies that they work for will go to to try and capture a story the world will want to see.

It was awful, sick and horrendous The cinematography was 🤌🏻 And yes if at the moment, he was hunting for a job, he had gotten a good inspiration, it would've been much better.

Not only one of the best posters, but also one of the best films I’ve seen in a while. This is such an interesting watch, some of the quotes are unbelievably funny and it gives of American Psycho vibes very strongly. Jake Gyllenhaal is phenomenal in this. The dark themes mixed with the humour make for a film i already want to rewatch. ‘I’d like to think if you’re seeing me you’re having the worst day of your life…’.

Jake Gyllenhaal was creepy as fuck in this, and that was one of the more depressing endings I've seen in this decade of cinema. I love it
