Pretty good. It’s very goofy and silly as you’d expect but not as bad as I thought it’d be. Very well cast. Some serious questions on the safety of the school. Also, dumbledore cheating slytherin was complete BS, don’t know why they were celebrating they actually got hammered overall.

O começo da magia, a forma como Chris Columbus cria todas as bases pra uma franquia que mudou a cultura pop, pra bem ou pra mal, a fantasia de descobrir um mundo de possibilidades, o CGI que tem um trato que funciona até hoje, a forma como ele tem elementos de terror bem pontuais e uma trilha que todo mundo sabe de onde vem, mesmo que você nunca tenha assistido. Quando o Harry descobre que é um bruxo a vida dele e o mundo nunca mais foram os mesmos. Não existe Cuaron e nem Yates sem o Columbus!

Just so so so good. Kudos to Columbus for making a 2hr 40min movie notfeel like a 2hr 40min movie. The pacing was great. Also, the CGI/VFX for 2001 surpasses films that have been made this year and the one before. They outdid themselves here and the nostalgia served me very well. A magical film, indeed.
