F1

Funciona até pra quem não entende de F1, muito foda. Tem cenas eletrizantes, hans zimmer cozinhando e personagens cativantes. Simplesmente o top gun de carros.

F1

While being a motorsports fan, F1 racing is only something that I have casually watched over the years. At first, I was not convinced that I would be too interested in seeing this. But as time went on, the trailers finally got to me, and I decided to give it a shot. Being from the director of Top Gun: Maverick, you see plenty of similarities to that, with a little mix of Days of Thunder thrown in there as well. And you know what? It works. Really well. The racing scenes are particularly well done. And you get the usual sports movie drama and romance included in it as well. It might not be as good as Ford v Ferrari, but it is up there as one of the better auto racing movies in recent years.

F1

Visually insane, like chef’s kiss, but it didn’t hit me in the feels. Lowkey mad at myself for not catching it in theaters.

F1

This movie I finally caught up with the hype, firstly the camera work is truly exceptional it honestly does give you the feeling of speed and how wild things can get during the race.  My only criticism is the runtime I do feel the film could of been a lot shorter it did feel at parts to drag on

F1

this was epic and thrilling - the racing parts at least. rest of the movie was eh. but the races made the experience well worth it. idris and pitt were both slightly underwhelming, but i feel like bardem was solid. im impressed with how they pulled off all of these shots honestly, because it felt very real. i feel like i knew just the right amount of F1 stuff for me to properly enjoy this - less and i would have been confused, more and i probably would have complained about it not being realistic or something. that being said, i think im gonna give watching the races a shot. even tho this could have easily been cliche, and toed the line at times, i enjoyed the creative ways the races were won and lost. probably could not get away with at least half of what happened, but made for a fun watch. started off slow, but became worth it once the cars started moving.

F1

doesn’t hold up as much in rewatch. it’s very over explainy and overexpositiony, in ways that try to be subtle / clever but are not.  however, it’s all worth it for the last scene. epic!
