The Halloweens are running laps around the Fridays thus far. Maybe watching this many teens die in rapid succession is taking some kind of toll. But this one's a little more interesting, featuring some truly erratic teenagers (which ironically feel more true to form), AND it has the incredible Tommy!

It’s the; “Jesus Christmas! Holy Jesus! Goddamn! Holy Jesus! Jumping Christmas! Shit!” Followed by “Hey, where are you going?” “I’ll tell you where I’m going, I’m going crazy!” And “OH MY GOD HE’S KILLING ME! RUN!” For me lmaooo. You can probably skip the first 3 movies and go straight to this one tbh.

I’m actually surprised at how much I remembered this entry, since it’s been so long since I last watched it. It’s memorable, fun, and has some fantastic kills, and the effects aren’t terrible either. I’d be a bit disappointed if this were the final chapter, since it left for opportunity to continue, and I’m honestly glad they do. It’s been fun revisiting these, and I’m excited to get on to the next one.

Just not that enjoyable. It's really slow and the characters all mostly suck (with the only exceptions being Tommy Jarvis and Crispin Glover's character). The effects are really good though! Just wish it was as fun as Part 3 and that we could see Jason more without him in the shadows

Não entendo como eu ainda achava esse legal, os personagens são tão descartáveis, mesmo sedo clichê. Ainda os anteriores se sobressaíram um pouco melhor, O jason não quer mostrar o rosto lindo dele pra gente, fica tudo nas sobras, sendo que a já estamos no 4 filme! Sem falar que ele não está no pique como nos anteriores, O que é melhor são algumas cenas de perseguição que são muito boas, o Tommy eu gostava muito em "um novo começo" mais agora já tô com medo de rever. O filme é bom, mais comparado com o parte 2 e 3, foi fraco Obs: tem mais peito aqui do que no catálogo das brasileirinhas Ps: final uma poxa!!

Acho mais divertido que os demais em alguns quesitos, o filme tem um roteiro melhor, a direção não é lá muito inovadora e também não tem uma trilha sonora memorável. Porém o filme dá tempo pra gente conhecer e se conectar com os personagens, eles parecem realmente AMIGOS e pessoas REAIS o que me fez sentir por eles. Eu senti algo pelos personagens, tanto ódio quanto afeição por alguns. Em geral eu me diverti pra caramba, e tive meus primeiros personagens favs da franquia: O Tommy e o Jimmy. Enfim, adorei assistir. Além disso temos o primeiro Little Final Boy dos slashers (eu acho). É um filme incrível, divertido, tem personagens memoráveis, boas mortes e desenvolvimento que é algo que não tem nos outros e principalmente tem dois núcleos até que bem trabalhados, eu só acho o final rápido demais e menos claro quanto ao que aconteceria depois e entendo que foi por diferenças criativas que não foram pro lugar que queriam com aquele final aberto. E eu também acho que poderiam equilibrar melhor o final explosivo com a demora focando nos adolescentes.
