Nunca vi a obra original, assisti a este por ser um filme do Matt Reeves. E para variar, é mais um filmaço dele. O cara é foda.

Itβs fine. It feels mostly unnecessary due to the fact that it doesnβt change anything in any significant way. Aside from some awkward CGI thereβs really little different than the cast/language. A suitable substitute for the original if needed, but not recommended.
