Hot Summer Nights

i think i like what this movie could have been. There is a lot of great stuff but the editing is wierd. It's freeze frames and random cuts in the action make the overall feel wierd. The movie also severely lack visual identity, don't get me wrong there are some great shots but i think the aestetic could have benefited of more work. (am i the only one who felt like it was heavily inspired by life is strange ?)

Cinematografia muito boa, estética executada de forma excelente, trilha sonora bem escolhida e atuações adequadas. Meus únicos problemas com o filme são a edição caótica, que muda a cada 10 minutos e, em 70% das vezes, não é uma mudança boa, além da narração da chata da criança.
