Orphan
An old hag that look like a child trying to ruin a family? And targeting someone's husband by seducing him? Oh not on my watch. I'll do the same as what the wife do.

Orphan
Orphan is one of those horror films that I had heard so much about, practically knowing every single detail of the plot, yet managed to avoid watching it. Finally, I thought that it was time to see the film that all of my friends had raved about when it was first released, and still raved about years afterwards. It's interesting seeing my friends talk about a film as much as they did with Orphan, since the twist at the end of the film seemed to shock practically every person that watched it. Having seen many other horror films that were similar to this, it wasn't as shocking as it could have been, since it's something that has been done numerous times with other horror films. The film did a great job slowly revealing exactly what was going on, instead of just throwing everything at you at once like other films tend to do. It's a slow burning film, the type of film that many people don't normally enjoy as much, but somehow Orphan managed to gain attention and become a horror hit. I'd consider this film more of a thriller rather than a horror film, since the film was more suspenseful, rather than scary, but those horror elements still were very present throughout. While this film isn't as good as many others have claimed it to be, this film still is extremely entertaining and still works, even after being released 8 years ago.
