Need for Speed
ALL THE CARS SOUND SO GOOD. The stunts and rolling shots in this movie look way better than most of the ones in the F&F franchise. Practical >>> CGI
Need for Speed
ACTIONx52(023) (https://letterboxd.com/allbeef/list/actionx52023/) #12 of 52 | Watch an action film based off a video game (https://letterboxd.com/digitalpress/list/movies-based-on-video-games-1/genre/action/). The stunts and racing shots are, in my opinion, probably better than anything theF&F movies have ever put out. We love practical effects! The actual racing/driving scenes are the best part of this; everything else in between was just painfully average no thanks to a terrible script and a couple of bad actors (not you Aaron Paul and Rami Malek, you can do no wrong). I’ve also never played the NFSgames before so I can’t really speak to how well they’re adapted on the big screen, but nonetheless, this is still very enjoyable. Is this my new guilty pleasure movie??

GT Shelby compete for being the most beautiful thing in this movie
Need for Speed
The pros: The stunts, (holy shit all the stunts were practical). The cars/the stunt drivers. Perfection. The cons: The script. But honestly, fuck the script… it’s a Need For Speed movie. Why do you need a script?
