Curse of Chucky

This one was slow at the start but picked up well. At first I hated the chucky design until his stitching was revealed. Most of the main characters in this are boring besides Nica. Also her sister is an absolute jerk lmao. This did feel like a soft reboot almost until the end. Cool to see human Tiffany tho. However I am curious to see where that ending goes.

Night 9 of 31 Nights of Halloween My god, what a film Curse of Chucky is. It feels like this is a reboot of the series, taking a much darker turn, making the film be much more terrifying and less funny, which really does work for this series. The Chucky series really started to drift into the absurd, which worked for the most part, but with Seed of Chucky it seemed as if the series really just went off the tracks. Here with Curse of Chucky, they were able to make the series much darker and scary, relying on kills and story, rather than just the characters, much like the first film. While it's still not as memorable as the first couple of films, Curse of Chucky breathes new life into the series, really making it much more interesting and fun to watch.
