Phantom of the Opera
With some stunning sets, this adaptation of Phantom of the Opera is a bit easier to consume, with some bigger actors on screen, especially Claude Rains as the Phantom. There was much more exposition than I was anticipating, with the heftier amount of the plot ocurring within the final 30 minutes of the film. It’s still a beautiful adaptation, with it being the first of the Universal monster films to be filmed in color, making every scene pop with vibrancy. It’s not my favorite of the monster films, but certainly is an entertaining film overall.
Phantom of the Opera
I usually dont go for musical. This was good to watch.  The second half was the best part of the movie. Everybody likes Christine 😂
