Phantasm II

Inducting Reggie and Mike into the "Fireside Piss Pals". More gonzo world building and world shitting. Hoists what it wants from other films and that crisp new studio budget (and meddling?) feels like its trying to balance a fan-pleasing concoction at every reminiscent level... and whatever, nothing matters and it made us laugh even when trying to pretend Reggie is now a chainsaw wielding horn-dog. Love to hear that gold sphere was called "Rambo" on set!
