Fun and iconic, I honestly believe this is better than the first one. It doesn’t waste time introducing us to the crew, and jumps straight into the action. The beach scene is probably my favourite from this but I did enjoy the kraken elements as well. Overall it’s just a fun time and I look forward to watching the next entry.

O épico de aventura que não tem medo de ser maior, mais exagerado e mais grandioso. O cinema de aventura que encorpora na forma todo o exagero que uma história de fantasia permite e exige. O navio que sai de dentro do mar, a tripulação que é uma mistura antropomorfica de homem e ser marinho e a mitologia de monstros e misticismos que igualmente só aumenta. Filme de aventura feito como deve ser, descarado, divertido e que ainda permite trabalhar gêneros diferentes como o melodrama, o romance e um body horror que mesmo sendo feito por efeitos digitais em nada deixa a dever! Meu favorito da franquia! Tudo aqui é impecável!
