The Strangers: Chapter 2
In this chapter we only seeing The Strangers and Maya chasing each other and how Maya in survival mode (cuz wtf with that scene with Boar? Unnecesary). Also in this movie we know who Tamara is, that b*tch is the real villain. But i love these toxic relationship between them. Also i'm very excited about the last chapter of this movie after watching the mid-credit scene, please make it very good, it looks already promising. Make sure you watch the teaser on mid-credit scene!
The Strangers: Chapter 2
An improvement over the first chapter, which, let's be honest, wasn't a high bar to clear. At least this one manages the feat of not being a total bore. Still, don't get it twisted: that doesn't make it a good movie. When all is said and done, it's just an "ok" experience. Watchable, but nothing more.
The Strangers: Chapter 2
Night 2 of 31 Nights of Halloween Y’all, I’m genuinely surprised with this film. I actually had a pretty good time with it, which is the exact opposite of what I was expecting. The first film in this new trilogy was just fine, so I didn’t have high hopes for this one, especially after having seen the reviews after it initially came out. Having seen the first in theaters, I thought I should see the second one before it dips out, and I’m actually really glad that I did. It’s campy, which was the biggest surprise, and once I realized what I was in store for, I was able to shift my expectations and actually have a pretty good time. Yeah, it’s predictable in nearly every way, but at least they tried to have a good time with a glorified chase sequence (which I didn’t mind as well). There is a scene in here that left me scratching my head, but other than that, I found myself enjoying what I was seeing. I don’t think this film is great by any means, but for a middle film in a trilogy, it’s a surprisngly good time.
