I liked the atmosphere shaped by the haunting and melancholic score, contrasting beautifully with the trippy moments and amplifying the sense of being caught in a delirium between the divine and the infernal. The transitions are seamless, pulling you deeper into that dreamlike state where you never know if you’re trapped in a nightmare or on the verge of redemption. In the end, the film left me with a strange aftertaste: disturbing and sorrowful, yet comforting?
