The Yakuza

i love the style and overall vibe of this film. this is the start of my sydney pollack journey and this is already right up my alley. everyone operates on the rule of cool and it’s all so unabashedly ‘70s i can’t help but love it. the action has aged a bit, sure, but the performances, the visuals, and the music all come together in a wicked marriage of style.
