Barking Dogs Never Bite

60/100 While I like it. It doesn’t do much story wise. It’s very basic in its premise and I found the first half boring. Second half picked it up. The comedy, soundtrack, and visuals are all great and you can tell that Bong has always had that skill as a filmmaker. The story just lacks in my opinion.
