❝If only, if only, the woodpecker sighs, / The bark on the tree was as soft as the skies. / The wolf waits below, hungry and lonely, / And cries to the moon, / If only if only.❞ ──────⊹⊱✫⊰⊹────── It's crazy how perfectly the book was adapted into the film. Perfect script, perfect cast, perfect execution. And it never gets old, just like the source material. It's also crazy to me that this is Shia LaBeouf's feature film debut, because he was excellent. Then you have the queens Sigourney Weaver and Eartha Kitt, Jon Voight, Tim Nelson and Patricia Arquette. Sam and Kate's story will never fail to make me cry, and all the different plots coming together is done just as well as it was in the book. Just a brilliant film overall, and I love it.

الفلم في الظاهر يبين انه فلم ترفيهي اعتيادي لكن تفاجئت من انه طلع اكبر من كذا بكثير  فلم يجمع مابين الماضي والحاضر بطريقه حلوه و مسليه و مع مرور الوقت نشوف ان الفلم فيه عُمق سردي ذكي و حبكات رائعه، القصة شفنا منها افلام كثير بس هالفلم طبقها بطريقه مميزه وخارجه عن المألوف في البداية استغربت من أن الفلم تقييمه يعتبر مرتفع و مو مشهور نوعاً ما بس أشوفه جداً مظلوم ويستحق المشاهده
