Diary Entry forThe Maltese Falcon
Pretty much just Humphrey Bogart as a detective, and it’s great. The story is entertaining and it feels really small scale, I don’t remember any outdoor scenes and most just take place in a small room. The script is a masterpiece and acting also great. It’s a classic and definitely essential watching.

The Maltese Falcon
As film noir goes, nothing seems to be better than The Maltese Falcon. You get the typical tropes of film noir; the damsel in distress, the detective, the fedora, and the item that many people are looking for. Led by Humphrey Bogart, The Maltese Falcon blends all of these tropes together and creates one of the greatest films of all time. Suspenseful, romantic and mysterious, The Maltese Falcon is one of the greatest films of all time.
