Diary Entry forWoman and Child
Firstly, I watched this in the Grand Auditorium Louis Lumière, and was sat about 4 rows back from the cast and crew, which was a surreal experience and one I’ll not forget for the rest of my life. I feel honoured and blessed that I got this opportunity. The film itself was quite slow for the first half and I’d be lying if I said it kept me interested, but the second half is absolutely brilliant. Literally couldn’t look away from the screen and so many times I thought I knew what was going to happen but the opposite did, it’s a great film and worth the payoff in the second half. Would recommend for anyone who likes slow burns and can be patient with film.
