Rape-Revenge at its most brutal, Ms. 45 doesn’t pull any punches. In many ways it’s quiet a stereotypical plot, but the performance by Zoë Lund was simply fantastic. It’s a good film which you should check out. On a side note, when Hooptober 8 started this had a horror tag on the genre tab, which has now been taken off. That is very annoying, but as it was classed as horror when I started this Hooptober I won’t be changing it out now. I wish they wouldn’t change the genre of a film 40 years after it’s release. RIP - Zoë Lund

Can’t tell if i’m supposed to like the protagonist or not. The first half was actually pretty good, I just got bored after a while and completely checked out once she killed (i know) the dog. 3.5/10

this was well-written for such topic. for a male writer, they did well with writing the script and how they showed and touched the topic. thana was amazing, she did what she had to do. she didn't do anything wrong honestly. love her. she's doing all that and serving looks. Anya Taylor-Joy would body this role and should be casted for a remake if it ever happens.

Sexploitation as mere frame to propel revenge story in the descent of a grimy New York. Lund has full command of attention on screen. Sultry in all her quietude. It’s the Solanas gun to the Warhol ribcage, full of sleek force that never holds back. Also costuming? Incredible. Taking notes on every single fit. New style inspo film.
