Better than the last few but nothing great. The fusion of Vegeta and Goku is cool, but the villain is a bit random. Hitlers in this, which is funny and acts as some comic relief. It’s by no means a bad film, but I wouldn’t exactly call it good either. A middle of the road DB film.
