A pretty fascinating account of the life of Emile Zola, who i wasn’t aware of before watching this. It’s a nice story but it does drag at certain times. This definitely does have a charm to it though, and is by no means a bad film. Like I said, it does get boring at times and the pacing isn’t fantastic but I did enjoy watching. The poster is absolutely horrendous though, the man looks nothing like anyone in the film, it literally looks like somebody took a picture of a random man and said yeah he’ll do for the cover. Genuinely the worst poster on this app.
