first watch of 2026 and man it did not disappoint. i honestly did not know what to expect with this movie especially bcs i opted to stop watching trailers now so this was such a fun surprise. i am such a sucker for a good fucking romcom man.   honestly from the very beginning i did think she was always going to pick larry because she can barely even be herself with luke, they lived different lives after he died, it was never going to be the same for her and he will never understand the life she lived after him. with larry she was so free and happy and giggly, shes just herself with him and they bicker. love love love this film i laugh and i cried and i had fun. elizabeth olsen is INCREDIBLE! she had such great chemistry with everybody especially with miles teller which made it better that she chose larry in the end. da’vine joy randolph is phenomenal, her comedic timing? chef’s fucking kiss, a lot of the best moments are her in it, i need her in EVERYTHING !!!

Estrutura narrativa ja batida ou seja genérica, nada muito novo, é oque você espera de um filme de romance, o final você ja consegue adivinhar o final logo no primeiro ato. O conceito é legal, lembra bastante o seriado good place, o filme é divertido e bom para assistir num final de semana a noite, ele tem uma boa estética a ambientação é legal é interessante.

This was enjoyable. Three solid performances and a concept which was a fun time, although I did find the whole ‘decision’ a little silly and it was pretty obvious who she should’ve chosen. If I was her husband of 65 years I’d of been pissed she didn’t choose me especially when they had a good relationship but oh well it is what it is. A fun time.
