Diary Entry forThe Social Network
(rewatch, just haven’t logged before) masterpiece. such a great screenplay, and even though it is not completely truthful (it’s a movie get over it) the characterization of each of the people is so fascinating. eisenberg was born to play zuckerberg. eternally pouring one out for eduardo, even though i can kinda sorta understand why they wanted to push him out? terrible to see but, i get it. part of what makes the whole story so interesting. i wish i was 15 years younger so id graduate into this era of software engineering. the tagline for this is also phenomenal: you don’t get to 500 million friends without making a few enemies. 🍿 many generational scenes here including but not limited to, the opening breakup, drop the the, victoria secret parable, eduardo crash out, hacking olympics, list goes on and on.

The Social Network
Zuck is a massive d*ck, but not as big of a d*ck as his mate Sean Parker. Genuinely two of the most dislikable characters in film. Eduardo is one of the coolest people in film though, so it’s a good balance. This is a very entertaining and enjoyable watch, with fantastic acting all round. Glad Eduardos name is on the company and that he got a big check, the man deserved it.
