The Housemaid

Não consigo gostar da atuação da Sydney Sweeney, mas a personagem desse filme combinou com ela. E ainda tem a Amanda Seyfried para deixar claro que existe uma diferença de qualidade. O Brandon Sklenar não fica muito para trás, deixou o personagem dele "santo" até os últimos momentos. Gostei muito do final. Filme bacana.

senti que o plot n foi tão bem escondido assim. só do cara chamar a própria esposa de louca ja entregou que ele eh o verdadeiro surtado. outra coisa, q me incomodou foi o cara do 365 dias. parecia q ele ia ter um papel super importante na trama, criaram um mistériozinho em volta dele… e no final, nada. n li o livro, ent fui ver o filme sabendo de nada. e, sendo bem sincera, eu deveria ter lido o livro primeiro

This was okay. Good premise but Sydney Sweeney massively disappoints in this. I don’t think she’s a bad actress but the hate for her in this is justified, her whole performance feels so stiff. Amanda Seyfried on the other hand is absolutely fantastic and shows the real gap in quality between the two. The story is fine, the twist can be seen from pretty much the start of the film but still, it tries to have fun but manages to keep itself serious enough that you don’t stop and think how ridiculous the whole thing is. Feel that with a better director and a better performance from Sydney Sweeney this could’ve been great.
