I'm disappointed in this one, but that may be partly due to my high expectations. I don't mind unlikeable characters, in fact I think I tend to gravitate toward them, but these two I found not just unlikeable, but often difficult to empathize with. There are a handful of good moments in this show, and even some great ones, but for the majority of it I was confused why these people were so determined to stay in each others' lives, which is not an experience I remember having with the film. You both suck! Stay away from each other!! It's weird because when they're in the depths of their romance, it's so entertaining to watch---I find myself feeling everything I'd hope to feel while watching a love story. But their friendship is so dysfunctional it feels so unlikely that they'd able to maintain a romantic relationship. It wasn't for me unfortunately.
