Honestly, it was a bit boring at the beginning, but things started to change after Barry showed Alisha around the rusun and told her about the story he had been writing. Barry once said, "Tapi plotnya harus benar-benar nyata" and Alisha took it very seriously. She really helped him turn his story into reality 😭. I also love how this film shows different sides of the people who live in the rusun, and I think that's one of the aspects that makes it even more interesting. Everything in this film feels raw and real—the story, the plot, the characters... it's like we're witnessing something happening spontaneously. The color grading and cinematography also make the film feel more alive. Overall, I enjoyed watching this and found it very interesting and unique. We really need more Indonesian films like this.

Kapan ya perfilman Indonesia bisa buat film seberani ini lagi? Dulu gue sempet tinggal di rumah susun, but i never have a WILD imaginary about the house and the neighbour. Film ini kayak menceritakan sisi gelap dari rumah susun itu sendiri, dan dengan dibantu cegil yang rela melakukan apapun demi membantu crushnya menyelesaikan ceritanya. Padahal di fiksi itu endingnya bisa diselesaikan dengan mengarang bebas, gak perlu disangkut pautin sama realita yang endingnya gak bisa kita tebak. Selama nonton ini cuman bisa kagum dan expect nothing what will happen in the movie. Intinya fiksi gak sama kayak realita, mungkin fiksi bisa jadi lebih indah atau lebih buruk dari realita itu sendiri.

the story kinda unique tho, udah minim dialog, color palettenya bener muram gelap, sesuai lah keadaan rumah susun ala ala remang remang wkwkwk. Indeed, films like this are less well-received by the general public in Indonesia. sukanya nonton film horor tetek bengek yang gajelas ceritanya, ya sesuailah sama kebanyakan masyarakat Indonesia haha.
