American Beauty
Loved pretty much everything about this one, from the performances to the pacing, this was one of the funniest yet depressing films I’ve ever seen. Kevin Spacey is at his best in this, along with Thora Birch and Wes Bentley. Theres something raw and deep about there performances which draw you in from the very start, as the chaos builds so does the tension and surrealism. Every scene feels important, unique and interesting, with not a single minute wasted. Sam Mendes has a great catalog, and his has to be one of, if not his best.
American Beauty
American Beauty
That is a fucked up neighbourhood and peoples i've ever seen, full of weirdos and misunderstanding. I wish i didn't have neighbour like that.
American Beauty
American Beauty is beautiful, with a typical American suburban vibe, and also a little sad. The portrayal of the family is sadly unfortunate, and it's not something anyone would wish for. The various supporting characters often make a strange impression. Overall, it's a decent film about a lonely man.
