If I watched this as a kid I’m sure it’d be a really nice comforting movie but as it stands now I kinda feel indifferent about it. The general story structure is nice but almost every character feels one dimensional and falls flat for me. Maybe on rewatch it’ll hit harder but for now it’s a fine coming of age movie that didn’t really do anything special for me

There's 3 stages of falling in love: 1. First meet 2. Denialism 3. Acceptance And they're having these 3 stage that means they're really falling in love in the first meet. How cute is it. RIP Rob Reiner.
