I really enjoyed the concept, i love liminal space movies, as well as stuff with time loops and stuff so that mixed with a younger cast kinda providing one of my favorite genres, coming of age, i was actually pretty excited to watch this. And to be honest, i wasn’t disappointed, it’s a nice watch. The chemistry is there, i like the delivery of the dialogue, it’s an actual accurate representation of Gen Z, and overall with the movie relying on literally 4 actors the entire time their performances were great. There is a lot of questions that are left unanswered, some for the best and some for the opposite I believe. Overall, I think it’s done really well and I can see myself returning to it in the future if I want a good watch. I might love it more than the average person due to my biases for things like nature, coming of age, late teen, one location type of films, but i think even if i remove that you can still find a great watch in this. Definitely a film that I hope is able to get to more people’s eyes because it’s fun and enjoyable. Shoutout letterboxd for giving this a spotlight.
