❝You know, centuries from now, when everyone's telling this story, you think you and I will even be mentioned?❞ ──────⊹⊱✫⊰⊹────── Maybe I'm just lonely, but I really liked Rosaline. I've always thought about how Rosaline must've felt in Romeo and Juliet (probably that she dodged a massive bullet), so the premise was interesting enough, but the mix between the modern lines and older fashion and sets - all of which were absolutely beautiful. The run-time isn't too long, and it's just a fun take on a classic. On another note, I thought the tip review was joking, but holy hell. At first I was surprised that they managed to find a Heath Ledger lookalike, but then Oscar Isaac appeared and I had to do a double take. Seriously, where did these dudes come from? All around, the acting was pretty good and I liked most of the characters. The only issue I had was that I wanted to see more of Rosaline and Dario's interactions leading up to that ending, because it was a little rushed considering he wasn't on screen a ton. But all in all, I had a good time, and I'd definitely watch again.
