Superman

I didn’t know I needed a Superman who feels this human until James Gunn gave him to me. It’s heartfelt, powerful, and unapologetically heroic.  And then there’s Lex—bro is terrifying, Nicholas Hoult goes insane with it, and I loved every second. And the ensemble never derails the narrative’s central truth: This is his story. And what a beginning it is.

“what you wanted that message to mean says a whole lot more about you than what anyone meant for it to mean” danaë has seen this film 3 times in all those times she keeps telling me to watch it and all i always say is ‘soon’ but i never did but at least i saw it now right? except i really shouldve seen it sooner than now because this is soooo much fun, i was really missing out!!! i love love love love love krypto soooo much! i would literally die for him, all the scenes where clark was sweet with krypto are the same scenes i find myself tearing up, i love that silly little dog so much 😭 the best character and the bestest dog imo!!!! clark and lois are also sooooo buzzy omg, the chemistry is so good! i especially love the scene where lois was interviewing clark as superman, and its getting heated SOOOO GOOOD!!! mister terrific is papa’s orchards to me! i love him, hes so awesome and so cool!!! eve you deserve better and i can treat you even better. lastly, people are definitely doing too much for calling this film as a pro palestine film and calling james gunn pro palestine especially in the implication it would make to that scene with the superman flag, just weird.

Eu esperava mais… sei lá. Gostei muito, mas eu tive uma expectativa muito maior com o trailer e quando cheguei lá não era bem o que eu esperava.
