Alex is just a smart kid with chicken pox and an operation against four terrorists and he outsmarted. an overhated masterpiece wdym you don't like a kid beating up four criminals. it has great plot, decent acting and Scarlett Johansson. so what do you need? if it were a standalone movie rather than in home alone franchise, it may get a lot of love. It got overwhelmed by last two films so much that's why it got a lot of hatred. criminally underrated
