“você sabe por que essa é a minha árvore favorita? Porque ela caiu e continua crescendo” Tão honesto que quase dói. Ver esse filme foi o equivalente cinematográfico a encontrar um tesouro enterrado,senti todos os sentimentos possíveis de se sentir vendo um filme,todos em 1h 51m. Uma explosão repentina e de última hora de energia descontrolada que a câmera luta para conter como duas garotinhas sem nada a perder correm para o grande castelo da cinderela. Tombado e ainda crescendo. É um sentimento visual adorável,a cinematografia é simplesmente impecável. Foi impossível não me emocionar com aquela cena final da moonee. Fantástico,esse filme é fantástico,uma delícia colorida e ensolarada do começo ao fim e merecia mais reconhecimento. :) Tô destruída.

A sad tale told in a pretty way. The acting is fantastic all round, children are definitely stepping up their game. The story is interesting and characters unique and fleshed out well. The struggles of many people can be tough to sit through and watch, especially on how those struggles can effect children. The ending had me feeling all sad inside, as Moonee is left distraught at the realisation she’ll lose her mother. Disneyland and friendship temporarily save Moonee, but it’s a depressing reality she faces. A powerful film which deserves the praise it gets.
