This is the most nasty dan disgusting case on the journalistic movies that I have ever heard, and it turns out that this is based on a true story and there is also an actress who really experienced it? it's so sick. I feel amazed and also thrilled in watching this film, the tenacity of the reporters deserves a thumbs up, this is a very brave film by fighting people who have high power.

Smart and affecting. Instead of trying to set up a journalistic thriller a’la SPOTLIGHT or ALL THE PRESIDENT’S MEN, SHE SAID is much more concerned with bringing the women at the center of the story to the fore. There are some affecting filmmaking choices, but perhaps the greatest choice is choosing to tell theirstories. Kantor and Twohey are characters, and we see enough of their lives to understand them, but just as in their reporting, they are the conduits for the survivors of Weinstein to tell their stories. 2022 Ranked (https://boxd.it/fSyMM)

SHE SAID feels altogether uninspired and quite boring, cinematically speaking. Such a crucial story deserved to be a least more compelling than this. As a film about journalism it’s competent, if not amateurish in it’s telling. As a film about victims, it’s mostly uninterested in centering their stories and chooses to instead focus on the feelings of the women who investigated. Which, I felt was a overall disservice to the narrative. When it did focus on Harvey’s victims, the film shined and I was able to connect. Jennifer Ehle’s character in particular is a highlight. To me it would have been a no brainer to center her and the other victims stories, or at the very least, give them equal screen time. I don’t know, not much else to say other than this could have and should have been far better. The worst thing you can do with a film dealing with subject matter this important is make it forgettable.
