Mckenna Grace March (https://boxd.it/TdwWe) It gets to a point where even I'm questioning my own choices lol. The Mckenna Grace filmography run continues. With Spirit Untamed lmao. I would've never watched this if she wasn't in it. When I was younger I did enjoy the original spirit film. The original dreamworks one. I stopped really caring as I got older and that weird spirit riding free show released. Which this is based off of. However I can say I did enjoy this film more than I ever did the show. This just felt higher quality and more effort. Mckenna Grace is the reason I watched this and this time she actually has a semi bigger role. Her character I found the most enjoyable. But I only could stand Abigail from the show too. In this her character is better too. This wasn't anything crazy too me. It felt very average and basic. The story I think I liked more than the show as well. They also fixed spirits personality in this. The animation I also massively prefer in this. It was arguably the weirdest addition to my watches this year. But I didn't mind it as much as I thought I was going to. Overall a better experience than the show, ok story and good voice acting. That is actually stacked. Like what do you mean Jake Gyllenhaal is in this?!? It was basically just a cheesy kids movie throughout lol. Mckenna Grace does still carry this though. I still can't believe I actually watched this. I've been trying to fix my ratings and I'm now doing 2.5 for average instead of 3. Because I've messed it up this whole time.
