Doodlebug
Pretty cool, for a three minute film it’s very good. Gives me inception vibes, which is enjoyable. Kill bugs.
Doodlebug
Only watched this to keep my challenge of "one movie a day" going. Is this probably cheating? Yeah, but it was 11:50 while I was in the middle of a Fortnite game, so I did what I had to do (I watched it and died because I'm committed to films). Anyways, similarly to Following, you can clearly see the building blocks of Christopher Nolan's future career set up in this film. However, it's no where close to perfect.
Doodlebug
A very predictable exercise in the filmography of a director I care very little about that failed to interest me mainly because of the lack of atmosphere. Like majority of his work, it tries to wow the audience with effects and pseudo-philosophical ankle-deep ideas.
Doodlebug
A bizarre and quick short that shows Nolan’s talent at crafting a compelling story and knows how to control tension well, even in a short, abstract film.
