Well, at least the second one can’t be as bad as this right? What a mess, pretty much everything about this feels like cheap horror, and the worst thing is that it’s not at all scary. The Nun doesn’t really get any great moments and the constant ‘is this real or not’ trope gets tired out quickly. Spitting Jesus’s actual blood onto the villain was funny though, so there’s that.

when this movie first came out there was so much hate for it and frankly it was all undeserved. when i first watched it i thought it was fine but i bit slow in some parts. watching it again i feel the same way. the hate was unwarranted. its not a bad movie just a bit slow in some parts, very creepy, great jumpscares. i also really liked the plot twist with the nuns.
