I wish this had actually been titled "The Pee Pee Poo Poo Man" because at least then I could had a laugh. Go watch Candyman instead.

There honestly could have been a great horror film here. With a fantastic opening sequence, there truly was potential for this film. Sadly enough, this film fell into the generic modern horror film rut and never truly lived up to its potential. There could have been a fantastic horror film here, but there were so many flaws with the film, especially the acting, that made the film ultimately fail. Plus, the villain is named "The Bye Bye Man", which isn't the most sinister name that could have been given to a creature like this. I can see that this potentially could spawn several sequels, but I honestly hop that it doesn't. The Bye Bye Man had potential, but bad writing and bad acting made the film cringe-worthy and hindered the film from achieving its possible potential.
