I honestly don't have the words to describe how lazy, uninspired, and unoriginal Gods of Egypt was. It felt something like Wrath of the Titans, just not as well done (which Wrath of the Titans wasn't that good either). They could have done so many interesting things with the history of Egypt, but they instead creating something along the lines of Jupiter Ascending. I really was hoping for an interesting and unique film about Egypt, but instead got an unbearable CGI mess.
