i had to buy a ticket for a different movie with the same show time as atomic blond, so i could sneak in and watch this for charlize. i wasn't 21 years old at the time so i wasn't allowed to watch this, but i did it anyway.

Imagine this: Charlize Theron The Cold War Neon visuals Bloody action John Wick-esque action and visuals An artistic same sex sex scene And to top it off, a killer 80's soundtrack Sound good? That's exactly what Atomic Blonde is. A badass female action film that is nothing but ruthless. Theron is one of the most badass actors currently, with her badassery coming out at full force in this film. It's astonishing how good she looks covered in neon lighting, and when paired with the beautiful cinematography, this film does wonders for the audience. I'd attempt to actually write a cohesive review for this film, but I'd honestly be sitting here for a month trying to perfect the review, so this is going to suffice. Atomic Blonde is the badass film that 2017 desperately needed, as well as what audiences need. As this was an advance showing, I didn't get the best seat, so when this comes out in 8 days, I am going to be the first one in the theater to watch it all over again, really getting to experience Atomic Blonde again.
