Mckenna Grace March (https://boxd.it/TdwWe)The Mckenna Grace filmography run continues. I wasn't expecting much from this tbh. This felt very similar to the last Mckenna Grace film i watched (Mr church) ngl. It wasn't anything crazy but it was just a pretty sweet and funny film. I think I liked Mr Church more though. Going into this I was kinda annoyed because I was expecting to find it boring. But it was pretty enjoyable for the most part. The story is pretty basic but enjoyable. I did get second hand embarrassment for most of this tbh. It was so awkward watching it. So weird at parts as well. The cast was probably my favorite part. Eugenio Derbez and Salma Hayek were great. The sibling chemistry was solid. Both kid actors were great as well. Mckenna Grace's character in this is kinda the main plot point if you think about it. She was good as always. I also wasn't expecting to see Kristen Bell in this. The characters themselves were fine for the most part. I was so annoyed at Maximo for like this whole film lol. He was almost borderline making me mad. Like he almost made Hugo fumble Arden. I was so relieved seeing it turn out alright. Plus he did redeem himself with that ending. I usually don't talk more like in universe about films. But I'm trying to change my reviews up so. The comedy was fine some parts I did find slightly funny. It did feel so stupid at other times though. Overall, this was a dumb fun time, solid comedy, good cast and an enjoyable film. I would give this a like (button) but Idk yet. Mckenna Grace filmography still hasn't missed when she has more than 2 minutes of screentime. Edit: I did say I wanted to keep my reviews and likes consistent here but I gave this a like. I feel like if I never used the like so much a few years ago it would be better but idk.

Aquí tenemos una de las comedias más olvidables del cine reciente, protagonizada por Eugenio Derbez, quien, una vez más, recurre a los mismos gestos y chistes que rápidamente se vuelven insoportables. Su humor forzado y su personaje exagerado hacen que la película pierda fuerza desde el inicio. Sin embargo, la presencia de Salma Hayek aporta algo de frescura, con un carisma natural y chistes más inteligentes que logran hacer ciertos momentos más llevaderos. A pesar de esto, la película nunca logra despegar ni ofrecer algo realmente divertido o novedoso, quedándose en una comedia predecible y poco memorable.
