The Upside

❝Ain't nothing extraordinary about breathing, man. P, you know damn well I need this gig. So, you take a deep breath or I am gonna give you mouth-to-mouth.❞ ⊱ ─── . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ᯽ ݁ . ⊹ ₊ ݁. ─── ⊰ I know that The Upside is a worse remake of The Intouchables, but I still had a good time watching it. Bryan Cranston and Kevin Hart make a great comedic duo while also being able to turn up the emotion during the more serious moments. I've seen the Tamil/Telugu film quite a few times before, so the plot isn't anything unfamiliar, but regardless this film's version was still entertaining, and the dialogues were pretty well-written. I think I'd enjoy the film more if I'd watched it with someone else, but overall I had a nice time, and I'll certainly be watching the original film soon.

The Upside

You can have any girl you want. What about this lady with all the Botox? You're perfect for each other. You can't move your body, she can't move her face. I have never seen the original so there is no comparison to be made, but the chemistry between Hart and Cranston is great in this movie.

The Upside

Yes, its not as good as the original, it doesn’t really do anything new, but, did i enjoy it? Yeah. Cranston and Hart have solid chemistry and its fun watching them together, and its nice to see Kevin Hart our of his usual stick, still not as charismatic as Omar Sy though.
