“see you down the road.” i love it when movies makes you reflect, movies that make you feel good, movies that thugs your heart, squeezes it till it hurts and still give you hope. this film is truly a gift and a masterpiece. chloé zhao you are gift and you are my favorite person.

Nomadland
Unapologetic, dark and depressing, Nomadland is difficult to watch at times. It highlights the heartaches and hardships of everyday life for some people. The acting is perfection and attention to detail is beautiful, the shots in this are breathtaking. At times it does feel like it knows it’s playing on your heartstrings, purposely making you sad, but that’s the point. At times it’s done gracefully, at times it feels forced. This is a good picture though and you can see why it won best picture, don’t see me revisiting it any time soon though.
