2020 was a hell (literally) of a year.

The sequel to the movie I’ll likely never watch again. I liked the element of the daughter and the continued subtle yet so open ridicule of America. Another one and done, but I admire the balls on SBC to take another run around the mill here.

Unfortunately, Borat Subsequent Moviefilm is shadowed by it’s predecessor. It isn’t able to achieve the success that the first film had, but still manages to peel back the curtain to show what many Americans feel about some hot-button issues. There’s still some moments that are just as funny as the first film, but they are far and few between. I still enjoyed the film, but it definitely wasn’t able to match the grandoise that the first film did.
