the whole last few minutes of the film is just me trying to figure out if she’s in thailand or in the philippines cause when she arrived the country there was a thai PA according to the subs but then a lot of the dialogue in the background are in tagalog, im very confuse.

pensei que não iria gostar por não ter um conhecimento tão abrangente do mundo da música e logo por achar que o filme teria como foco principal um enredo que acontecesse apenas nessa parte da proposta da história: a vida da Lydia como regente. mas enquanto assistia percebi que o filme abrange mais aspectos da vida intrigante que ela leva. ele tem uma atmosfera envolvente e misteriosa muito interessante de se acompanhar, top

Tár is very complex, with many themes and attributes which mirror the world we live in today. Her persona and character are so complicated that the viewer has to decide for themselves what or who she really is. Art vs artist is a hotly debated topic where there is no answer just your own opinion, which is brilliantly portrayed here. Her downfall, like many successful people, is drastic, and whether that’s justified or not is up to you.
