"it's okay, there's always tomorrow for dreams to come true." i felt like all the freedom and imagination i had as a kid during the summer vacations came back to me and for a moment i really wanted to be 10 years old again, creating imaginary worlds for my friends and i to live in as we played in the little forest in our neighbourhood. the 16mm film is absolutely gorgeous and helps a lot with the nostalgic feeling that makes you yearn for the summers of your childhood again. the kid actors are so funny, little jodie cracked me up more than a few times.
