great cast of actors wasted on whatever the fuck this was. so many times i had to pause to laugh because i couldn't believe the turns this was taking. david tennant looked very good and he gets called a sexy vicar so i didn't completely waste my time with this.

went into this hella blind, real stevie wonder. i see denzel, i see spike lee, i click. shit was nice, tis was cool. denzel stole the show like always, would’ve liked more willem dafoe, all the supporting roles did good. I’d be interested to see Spike Lee talk about this movie. I was surprised by how many good comedic moments they were able to get off in this.

88/100 Ooooh this some quality quality shit! And how did it take me till the end of the movie to figure out what ‘Big Willie and the twins’ mean. 🤦🏻♂️ Nothing wrong with the film. They just dragged out some parts where they shouldn’t have otherwise it’s almost perfectly executed like the robbery.

At one point, Spike Lee executes his famous double dolly shot and my wife turns to me and says “what the fuck?” Same bro, same.

Overstays it’s welcome a bit in the final act, but it’s definitely a fun ride regardless. I’m wondering how much of the political messaging was in the film before Spike took the reins. Still one of the best heist films of the last 20 years.
