Black Widow

the amount of heart in this film is so beautiful. natasha has always been connected with her emotions and always uses her heart in every decision she makes and i’m so happy to be able to see it more in her own film and i’m so happy how beautifully done it is. everything in this movie is perfect, there’s the right amount of action, drama, and even comedy, however, the only bad thing this movie did is for it to end. also i would love to see more domestic family scenes from them. ngl i really thought natasha would be alive after this movie, i literally went from bargaining to denial after watching this, still cannot believe that she’s actually dead and i’m not gonna have her back. that post credit scene literally BROKE me into million pieces.  lastly rachel weisz please hand in marriage.

Black Widow

So much to love about this film yet there are glaring problems which make it fall short. Starting with the positives, all the performances were great. Scarlett Johansson was fantastic and Florence Pugh was probably my favourite character in this. Both gave stellar performances and had good chemistry throughout. The Widow program is a cool idea, and it was interesting to see how they worked. I wish we’d seen them fight together more though. I liked the overall plot, yes it was a bit generic but still good nether the less.  Onto the negatives, the villains. Taskmaster sucks, like no denying it. The twist of her being a woman was very obvious, and the characters had literally nothing about her. Boring, generic and copying Captain America’s shield felt silly. The main villain, Dreykov was a generic evil Russian. Again he also has no personality, he's just the bad guy who’s evil, how interesting. His death is also unbelievably disappointing, it would’ve been 10x better if Black Widow killed him. Black Widow killing the young girl as collateral was perfect. It added a lot to her character and showed how much she would do to kill Dreykov. However this gets over ruled when we find out she survived. So stupid. Again, it would’ve been better if the young girls death haunted black widow and made her question her decisions. But no, she survives and black widow makes her good again, what a surprise. These films take no risks and it’s so frustrating sometimes. Overall though despite my gripes I did enjoy watching this. It’s a fun time and the performances of the main two are so good to watch that it makes up for its shortcomings. It’s by no means perfect but definitely worth watching, and hopefully we see more of Black Widow and Yelena Belova. Watched at Vue with my beautiful girlfriend ❤️

Honnêtement la seule partie que j'ai vraiment aimé et qui correspondait le plus à mes attentes pour un film black widow c'est le générique d'intro. Sinon le film est très peu impactant les relations entre les personnages pas vraiment logique et les révélations sont relativement prévisibles. Bref je trouve que ce film est dans la moyenne basse des films marvel.
